UK Domestic Shipping

All UK shipping is processed via Royal Mail’s tracked service. Shipping options:

• Royal Mail 24

• Royal Mail 48

** PLEASE NOTE ** Choosing The Special Delivery service means that the items is also covered for loss/damage.

The shipping timescales given are estimates, occasionally items can be delayed in the postal system, especially around Christmas time and unfortunately this is out of my control.  Please get in touch if you are concerned about your shipment and I will do all I can to assist.

Stocked items are shipped within 3 - 5 working days. Please send me a quick message if you would like to know the dispatch time of your order. If you need something in a rush or for a certain date then please let me know and will do my very best to accommodate this. You will receive an order summary via email once your order has been placed and again once it has been dispatched with tracking details, if required.

Returns

Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me! If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you. If you would like to return the item for any other reason, then you have have 28 days to do so, unless the item has been damaged or shows significant signs of wear.

Please note, in the event of a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees incurred. 

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure of accurate descriptions and images, due to the handmade nature and materials used on each piece they can be very slight variations from piece to piece. Prices and availability of items are subject to change at any time.
